02 What it does
Tell it what you ate. It does the maths.
- Meals in plain EnglishI describe what I ate. AI estimates the calories, protein, fat and fibre and logs it.
- Training and liftsSeparate logs for exercise and for lifting, so output can be tracked over time.
- Body trackingWeight, BMI and muscle and fat in one place.
- Daily dashboardsCalories in and out, plus protein, fibre and fat, at a glance.
- Programs and trendsTraining programs, and a summary of averages and trends.

04 Why it’s here
Proof that I build things for fun too.
It isn’t a product and it isn’t a standalone app. It lives in Notion. It’s here because it’s a good example of using AI to build something genuinely useful for one person, quickly, without a development team.
The same thinking sits behind the construction tools on this site.
