I’m a recovering estimator. These days I build systems, run audits and build tools that optimise process and improve visibility of business performance.
I test assumptions constantly, decide quickly under pressure, and pivot when the facts change. I earn trust with site teams, technical teams and executive boards.
My mission: drag legacy thinking, kicking and screaming, into something simple and scalable.
