02 What it does

From a pile of PDFs to a pricing asset.

  1. Ingest anythingInvoices, progress claims and statements by upload or inbox, in whatever format suppliers send.
  2. Extract with receiptsEvery line gets quantity, unit, rate and total, with the source location kept so any figure can be traced back.
  3. Code to your structureLines map to your cost codes. Low confidence goes to a person, never silently guessed, and corrections teach it.
  4. Check the mathsLine items are reconciled against invoice totals so errors surface before they reach the ledger.

04 Why it matters

Price from what you actually paid, not what the schedule says.

  • EstimatingDefensible rates with ranges, not one estimator’s memory.
  • VariationsEvidence-backed pricing when the scope moves.
  • FinanceHours of re-keying and coding become a review task.
